It is unusual that I get called upon to do emergency surgery but several weeks ago I did. It was on a Sunday afternoon that I received an urgent call from one of my patients who reported profuse bleeding from her umbilical artery. Here is her report:

“I have a defect in my navel, belly button if you prefer, that includes an area where the umbilical artery comes very close to the surface. Twice in the last 10 years, it has ruptured and I’ve had to be taken to the hospital to have it sutured. On Sunday, it happened again. I called Dr. Bloem, who came to my home, and with very gentle hands he was able to suture the defect closed again. His expertise and willingness to help, saved me a trip by ambulance to the hospital. I really appreciate the many ways that Dr. Bloem takes care of his patients.”

Initially, I was reluctant to get involved because the patient reported that the bleeding came from deep inside her umbilicus and that in the past the surgeons in the hospital complained about how difficult it was to gain access to the site of the bleeding and to place sutures. I advised the patient to keep firm pressure on her umbilicus and to call an ambulance. However, after a little while I decided to call the patient back because I knew that a trip to the hospital would be a major ordeal for her because of her disability. I packed my medical supplies and instruments and went to the patient’s home. Upon arrival at the patient’s bedside I noticed that the gauze pads that were used to stop the bleeding were soaked in blood and that there was a pool of blood next to the bed. As soon as the gauze pads were removed I saw the blood squirting out of the umbilical artery. This made it difficult to have a clear surgical field. Fortunately, within a short time I was able to place two sutures around the umbilical artery to stop the bleeding.

I am grateful for the successful outcome of this house call. And, yes, minor surgery, including laceration repair, is part of this holistic physician’s toolbox as well.

Like many of my patients, Mrs. Alecia Scott has had a life changing experience since she started the HCG Diet. In this testimonial she describes how her migraine headaches disappeared entirely. It has been very interesting for me to observe how many other patients reported other unexpected improvements in their health. These include patients with symptoms of fibromyalgia, blood pressure, diabetes, any many other diseases.

“I am a Real Estate Agent at Remax Realty Centre in Olney MD. My experience using the HCG diet plan was amazing and I have been thrilled with the results.

After gaining over 30 pounds in 3 years I just couldn’t seem to slow down the weight gain and I was not having any success at being able to stick with traditional diets.

I found out about the HCG diet on YouTube while looking for motivation through others’ weight loss success stories. I was skeptical at first and searched endlessly for possible negative side effects and could find none.

I decided to take the plunge and do the diet, it was easy to follow and my appetite and cravings halted with no adverse symptoms that I’ve experienced with other diet aids, in fact I had a wonderful sense of well being. With the help of Dr. Bloem and HCG I was able to shed an incredible 33lbs in 50 days!

The most amazing thing about the HCG diet is that I have been able to maintain my weight loss without issue, I have never been able to do that in the past. My appetite and cravings continue to be diminished and I no longer feel the need to abuse my system with excess sugars real and fake or to other processed foods to which I had become addicted.

I also discovered that while on HCG my migraine headaches disappeared entirely and I was suffering those several times a month. HCG truly is an amazing diet and I am incredibly grateful for having found it, it really has changed my life and being able to have shared it with so many others has been a blessing. If you have tried everything else and lost hope that anything will work before giving up try HCG.”
—Alecia Scott

One of my patients wrote the following testimonial. With a height of 5′ 4″ (1.63 m) her starting weight of 195 lbs. (88.6 kg)  had severely compromised her sense of health and well being. By the time she wrote this she had lost about 20 lbs.

“This is not a paid advertisement:), but an honest, from the heart testimonial. The HCG diet is amazing. It has changed my life. I have hope again that soon I will be a smaller and better version of me.

For years I thought there was no hope, I would be a size 16+ forever. I am down 35 lbs., feel better than I have in 10+ years and see the light at the end of the tunnel. I still have 35 lbs. to go to get to my goal, but thanks to Dr.
Bloem, Alecia and all of my friends and family that have supported me, I am now in a size 12 and can finally shop at Ann Taylor Loft and not worry that the outfit won’t fit, because guess what? It will!!!

So for anyone who is worried that you will be hungry. You really aren’t! If you are, it is habit, not hunger. For anyone that is worried you will be tired because of the low calories…You won’t! You will have more energy than you have had in a long time! Besides that, my aches and pains are almost totally gone and food tastes better.”

What do Polysorbate 80 and Octoxynol 10 have in common? They  both cause infertility and they are both in many vaccines.

According to the California Teratogen Information Service (CTIS) Pregnancy Health Information Line, there are many factors that can cause a man to be infertile and as around half of all infertility cases result from the man, it is important to properly study the causes.

Previous studies have found that radiation and electromagnetic radiation from cell phones and computers have been linked to infertility or sub-fertility as well as chemicals, including heavy metals and solvents, heat and pressure (such as hot baths and tight underwear), environmental pollution, cigarette smoking and sexually transmitted   diseases.

But in their summary of different causes of infertility, they forgot one: vaccines.

Fertility has been declining rapidly since the 1950s in all countries of the world and the start of the change coincided with the introduction of the first mass vaccination programs. For instance, in the UK in 1947, a mass DPT vaccine campaign was initiated and in 1958, the first polio and diphtheria vaccines were brought in on a mass scale for all people under 15 years old.

The HPV vaccine is NOT harmless like it is being promoted and has not been proven to actually prevent cervical cancer

The HPV vaccine only protects against TWO strains of HPV associated with cancer but there are MORE THAN 100 different strains of HPV in all.

Dr. Diane Harper, one of the lead researchers for Gardasil blew the whistle on the vaccine, saying the available data suggests the HPV vaccine’s protective effects do not last beyond five years.

The VAERS database continues to swell with reports of autoimmune disorders contracted after receiving the HPV vaccine. These side effects now include 137 reports of cervical dysplasia, and 41 reports of cervical cancer.

HPV infection clears up on its own within two years in 90 percent of all cases. It rarely leads to cervical cancer unless the infection becomes chronic and leads to cervical changes that remain untreated. Routine pap smear testing can identify chronic HPV infection and may provide greater protection against development of cervical cancer than reliance on an HPV vaccine that has not been adequately proven to be safe or effective.

In seeking answers to why adolescent girls are suffering devastating health damage after being injected with HPV vaccines, SANE Vax, Inc. decided to have vials of Gardasil tested in a laboratory. There, they found over a dozen Gardasil vaccine vials to be contaminated with rDNA of the Human Papillomavirus(HPV). The vials were purchased in the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Spain, Poland and France, indicating Gardasil contamination is a global phenomenon.

This means that adolescents who are injected with these vials are being contaminated with a biohazard — the rDNA of HPV. In conducting the tests, Dr. Sin Hang Lee found rDNA from both HPV-11 and HPV-18, which were described as “firmly attached to the aluminum adjuvant.”

That aluminum is also found in vaccines should be frightening all by itself, given that aluminum should never be injected into the human body (it’s toxic when ingested, and it specifically damages the nervous system). With the added discovery that the aluminum adjuvant also carries rDNA fragments of two different strains of Human Papillomavirus, this now reaches the level of a dangerous biohazard– something more like a biological weapon rather than anything resembling medicine.

As SANE Vax explains in its announcement, these tests were conducted after an adolescent girl experienced “acute onset Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis within 24 hours” of being injected with an HPV vaccine. (http://sanevax.org/sane-vax-inc-dis…)

From Orthomolecular.org – October 3, 2011

(OMNS, Oct 3, 2011) Many of our readers have written to say that when they try to talk to their physician about using nutritional medicine, the subject is promptly dismissed. Furthermore, such dismissal is often accompanied with doctor statements such as, “I have not seen any good research showing that vitamins work therapeutically.”

That your doctor has not seen the research is probably true. However, the research has been there all along. The problem is that many health practitioners are often too busy, and sometimes too complacent, to look for it.

It is time to change that. Here are some highly-reliable orthomolecular resources online, for free access.
